1. General

1.1. Privacy
Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We will not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details. Kiandra Distribution Pty Ltd may store non-persistent cookies on your machine and collect usage information including your IP address.

1.2. Credit Card Security Policy
When purchasing from Kiandra Distribution Pty Ltd your financial details are processed by a third party payment gateway. Thus we do not collect or store credit card information. Connections to our third party payment gateway are encrypted.

1.3. Limitation of liability
You acknowledge and accept that, to the extent permitted by law, Kiandra Distribution Pty Ltd ‘s liability is limited only to refunding the price of or replacing the products as provided. Services cancelled may attract a cancellation fee. Kiandra Distribution Pty Ltd is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation personal injury, financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) that you may incur regardless of whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence), equity, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

1.4. Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed firstly in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria and then in accordance with the laws of Commonwealth of Australia. If any of these terms or conditions of sale should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall remain and continue to be valid, binding and enforceable.

1.5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Kiandra Distribution Pty Ltd retains the right to change its terms and conditions at any time. We encourage users to review this document regularly to keep abreast of changes.

2. Millrose Quilting & Gallery – Online Store

2.1. Specification of products
Specifications on any of Millrose Quilting & Gallery’s website regarding the products to be supplied by Millrose Quilting & Gallery may differ from the actual products supplied from time to time. Millrose Quilting & Gallery reserves the right to make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legislation and to change the specification published on the website, without affording notice, provided that this does not materially affect the quality or performance of the products purchased. In all respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, Millrose Quilting & Gallery makes no other warranties or promises about the products, and any implied warranties are excluded.

2.2. Availability
Millrose Quilting & Gallery does not promise that products will necessarily be available at the time of purchase, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, Millrose Quilting & Gallery will endeavor to contact you to advise you of this within 2 business days, or duting the checkout process

2.3. Pricing
The price of the products shall be the price displayed on the website on the date of your order (inclusive of GST but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you). All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and must be paid in full, including delivery charges, except where discounts are offered as detailed on the website.

2.4. Order submission
When you confirm an order you agree to the terms and conditions of sale and Millrose Quilting & Gallery will treat the order as confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. Millrose Quilting & Gallery shall endeavor to supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of products set out in your order. Millrose Quilting & Gallery shall confirm each order made online via the internet or by email within 48 hours and will include a receipt with each parcel.

2.5. Delivery
Australia Post is Millrose Quilting & Gallery’s usual postal agent and they will make deliveries unless otherwise instructed and in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by them. All products will be delivered to the address that you have indicated on the order. Risk of damage of loss of product passes to Australia Post when they take possession of your order from us. Kindly note that any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and Millrose Quilting & Gallery shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the product howsoever caused. Costs of delivery and/or postage in Australia and shall be added to the purchase price and added to your order total accordingly. From time to time, Millrose Quilting & Gallery will need to charge additional costs other than those indicate on our website. We will notify you within 48 hours if these charges. For any further information on postage and delivery can be found at www.auspost.com.au.

2.6. Cancellation, returns and replacement
Millrose Quilting & Gallery will accept returns and cancellations and offer replacement goods commensurate with relevant legislation. We expect that you will be satisfied with your order but if you would like to cancel it and/or return the products ordered you must do so by contacting us within 7 working days of receiving your goods. Millrose Quilting & Gallery will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay to you (the cost of products but not the postage costs of delivery or return) within 30 days after return of the goods. Goods must be returned by registered post and proof of purchase provided before any refund is issued. We will only refund the costs of return postage if the products are deemed faulty.

2.7. Resale
No items purchased from Millrose Quilting & Gallery may be resold without the prior and express written consent of Millrose Quilting & Gallery.

3. Millrose Quilting & Gallery – Classes

3.1. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

3.2 Refunds & Transfers
No refund will be given if you cancel within 28 days prior to the class date. Any excess funds as a result of cancellation will be usable in the form of account credit towards other classes.

3.3 Credit Card Storage
No usable credit card information is stored with Millrose Quilting & Gallery.

3.4 BYO Food
Department. of Health Food Safety regulations do not allow BYO food, as our business is a cafe and quilt/patchwork shop.

4. Mill House Retreat

4.1. Bookings
When you confirm a booking you agree to the terms and conditions of sale and Mill House Retreat will treat the booking as confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your booking. Mill House Retreat shall endeavor to supply you with the quantity and specification of services set out in your order. Mill House Retreat shall confirm each order made online via email within 48 hours and will include an invoice with each payment. Persons making the booking must be 18 years old or over.

4.2 Bond
Bookings may require a refundable bond/security deposit payment prior to arrival. Bond payments will be refunded within 3-5 business days after departure. In the event of any damage of the premesis or theft from the premesis all or part of the bond will be forfieted. Additional fees will be payble by the guest if the cost of repairs or replacement exceed the bond amount.

4.3. Pricing, Payment & Deposit
The price of services and bond payable shall be the price displayed on the website on the date of your booking (inclusive of GST) All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD). A deposit is required to make a booking, which is calculated as a percentage of the total cost of rooms booked. The remainder plus the bond amount is payable 28 days before the first nights stay. Where a booking is made within the 28 day period the total amount plus the bond amount is payable immediately.

4.4. Cancellation
72 hours notice is required for all booking cancellations and will attract a 10% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

4.5. No Show Policy
If no cancellation has been made and you fail to show up at the premises, we will charge for the total cost of your stay.

4.6. Transfer
No bookings made with from Mill House Retreat may be resold or transferred without the prior and express written consent of Mill House Retreat.
